SHOE OUTSOLES ARE EXTREMELY DELICATE AND MUST BE RETURNED UNMARKED. THEREFORE, WE RECOMMEND TRYING ON THE SHOES WITH A PROTECTIVE FILM ON A CLEAN, CARPETED SURFACE. PLEASE REMOVE THE PROTECTIVE FILM BEFORE REPACKING YOUR ITEM FOR RETURN. EYEWEAR CANNOT BE RETURNED AFTER FRAMES HAVE BEEN FITTED WITH PRESCRIPTION OR REPLACEMENT LENSES.

2 CAREFULLY REPACK YOUR ITEM AS INITIALLY DELIVERED, WITH PROTECTIVE WRAPPING, PILLOWS, ETC. PLEASE PAY SPECIFIC ATTENTION TO DELICATE MATERIALS TO PREVENT PRODUCT DAMAGE IN TRANSIT AND KEEP THE ITEM IN PERFECTLY SELLABLE CONDITION.
3 HAND THE SEALED PARCEL OVER TO OUR CARRIER. CELINE IS NOT LIABLE FOR GOODS RETURNED USING ANY METHOD OTHER THAN A CELINE APPOINTED COURIER.
