Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged via Celine.com (by scheduling a pickup at no charge) or in an eligible Celine boutique.
TO SCHEDULE A PICKUP AT NO CHARGE:
1 - Please call our Client Services at +44 20 7660 0990 to schedule a pickup anytime from Monday to Saturday, from 8 am – 7 pm (Local time).
2 - Carefully wrap the item in its original packaging to protect against damages in transit. Please include the return request or original invoice.
3 - Affix the prepaid return shipping label included in your original order to the package.
4 - Hand over the package to the carrier. If you prefer to use a different carrier, you will need to cover the cost of the shipment.
To initiate a return, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact Client Services.
Articles must be unworn, unused and in sellable condition, with all original tags attached. They must be accompanied by the return request form included in the original order.
We recommend trying on shoes on a rug or carpeted surface in order to prevent scuffing, scratching or other damage to the sole.
Personalized, altered, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
FRAGANCES AND CANDLES THAT ARE NOT RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING (CLEAR PROTECTIVE FILM OR STICKER INTACT) WILL BE REFUSED. YOU MAY KEEP THE COMPLIMENTARY SAMPLES INCLUDED IN YOUR PERFUME PURCHASES TO TEST SCENTS BEFORE UNSEALING THE FRAGRANCE BOTTLE.
FOR HEALTH AND HYGIENIC REASONS, BEAUTY PRODUCTS (SUCH AS LIPSTICKS) MUST BE RETURNED INTACT, IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING, UNOPENED AND UNUSED.
Please note that refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuer.
You may use other postal services at your own risk. Celine is not liable for goods returned using any method other than our collection service.
RETURNING IN-STORE :
Items purchased online may be returned in our London Mount Street boutique, at no charge. The original invoice must accompany all returns. Online purchases may not be returned to outlet stores, department stores, or duty-free stores. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Purchases made in Celine boutiques may follow a different return policy.
EXCHANGES :
Items purchased online may be exchanged in an eligible Celine boutique or through our online store.
Returns to Celine.com must be mailed from the country to which the order was originally shipped. It must include the original Returns form.
Returned items must be unused, with all original tags, accessories, and instruction booklets attached.
Items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, or altered will not be accepted for return and they will be sent back to the customer.
Eyewear cannot be returned after frames have been fitted with prescription or replacement lenses.
