  • ITEMS PURCHASED FROM CELINE.COM CAN BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND, AT NO CHARGE, TO CELINE.COM OR CELINE CHEONGDAM FLAGSHIP WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM DELIVERY.
    EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED AT CELINE CHEONGDAM FLAGSHIP ONLY WITIHN 30 DAYS FROM DELIVERY.

     

    RETURNS BY MAIL
    1 PLEASE CONTACT CELINE CLIENT SERVICE CENTER TO REQUEST A RETURN. COMPLETE THE RETURN FORM AND PLACE IT INSIDE YOUR PACKAGE.
    2 CAREFULLY REPACK YOUR ITEM AS INITIALLY DELIVERED, WITH PROTECTIVE WRAPPING, PILLOWS, ETC. PLEASE PAY SPECIFIC ATTENTION TO DELICATE MATERIALS TO PREVENT PRODUCT DAMAGE IN TRANSIT AND KEEP THE ITEM IN PERFECTLY SELLABLE CONDITION.
    3 HAND THE SEALED PARCEL OVER TO OUR CARRIER. CELINE IS NOT LIABLE FOR GOODS RETURNED USING ANY METHOD OTHER THAN A CELINE APPOINTED COURIER.

     

    RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IN STORE
    ONLINE PURCHASES CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AT CELINE CHEONGDAM FLAGSHIP ONLY. (NO DEPARTMENT STORES, DUTY FREE STORES, OR OUTLETS.)

    1 FOR THE FASTEST POSSIBLE SERVICE, PLEASE CONTACT CELINE CLIENT SERVICE CENTER PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT.
    2 CAREFULLY REPACK YOUR ITEM AS INITIALLY DELIVERED, WITH PROTECTIVE WRAPPING, PILLOWS, ETC. THEN BRING YOUR ITEM TO CELINE CHEONGDAM FLAGSHIP.

  • MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.

     

    THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN SELLABLE CONDITION WITH NO SIGNS OF USAGE, IN ITS ORIGINAL STATE. ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN DAMAGED, WORN, SOILED OR ALTERED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN AND THEY WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER.

     

    LEATHER PRODUCTS SUCH AS BAG STRAP AND BELT CAN BE WRINKLED IF THEY ARE THREADED INTO THE BUCKLE. LEATHER PRODUCTS WITH WRINKLES ARE NO LONGER SELLABLE AND THEREFORE SUCH PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

     

    IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DAMAGED OR WORN, OR ITS VALUE HAS DEPRECIATED, THE RETURN WILL BE REJECTED AND THE PRODUCT WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.

     

    SHOES SOLES ARE EXTREMELY FRAGILE. TO PREVENT DAMAGE, ATTACH THE PROVIDED PROTECTIVE FILM AND WEAR THEM IN A CLEAN, CARPETED AREA. WHEN RETURNING THE PRODUCT, PLEASE REMOVE THE FILM AND REPACK IT. IT MUST REMAIN INTACT.

     

    EYEWEAR CANNOT BE RETURNED AFTER FRAMES HAVE BEEN FITTED WITH PRESCRIPTION OR REPLACEMENT LENSES.

     

    FRAGRANCES AND CANDLES THAT ARE NOT RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING (CLEAR PROTECTIVE FILM OR STICKER INTACT) WILL BE REFUSED. YOU MAY KEEP THE COMPLIMENTARY SAMPLES INCLUDED IN YOUR FRAGRANCE PURCHASES TO TEST SCENTS BEFORE UNSEALING THE FRAGRANCE BOTTLE.

     

    FOR HEALTH AND HYGIENIC REASONS, BEAUTY PRODUCTS (SUCH AS LIPSTICKS) MUST BE RETURNED INTACT, IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING, UNOPENED AND UNUSED.​

     

    PERSONALIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

     

    ORDERS SHIPPED TO A S.KOREAN ADDRESS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN THE S.KOREA.

  • CELINE WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO ENSURE YOU ARE PROMPTLY REFUNDED.

     

    ONCE YOUR RETURNED ITEM IS RECEIVED BY OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE, WE WILL PROCEED THE REFUND WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS (BARRING PRODUCT QUALITY ISSUES AND CREDIT CARD ISSUER LEAD TIMES).  A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO YOU ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED.
