Shipping & Tracking

Enter your Order Number to view your order history and delivery status. Newly placed orders may take several minutes to appear.
  • Products can only be delivered to addresses in Japan.

    Products will be delivered within 2 to 7 days of receiving your order (excluding New Year holidays and Celine’s designated non-operation days). Delivery may require up to some extra days if the items are transferred from one of our stores.

    Please understand we cannot deliver within the above timeframe if the product you have purchased is not in stock or sold out.

    Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days (details below) - Complimentary
    Depending on the time of day that you place your order, your order will arrive in 2-3 business days. You can select the nominated delivery date and time from the available calendar and time slot.
    -Delivery time slot: Morning, 2pm-4pm, 4pm-6pm,6pm-8pm, 7pm-9pm
    If the items are available soon, orders placed from Monday to Friday before 2pm will be shipped on the same day, all orders placed on Friday to Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.

    Collect in store: Next day or within 5 business days – Complimentary Pick up your order in a select Celine Flagship store (Omotesando/Ginza/Azabudai/Kobe). Your order can be ready for in-store pickup as early as the day you place it or within 3 business days, depending on stock availability. Estimated preparation time will be displayed during order placement. Please collect your order within 14 days or we will refund your original method of payment.

    Even if you designate the delivery day and time, the delivery may be delayed due to traffic conditions, the location of your home, etc.

  • WE SHIP TO NATIONWIDE IN JAPAN . WE DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES. FOR
    DELIVERY TO A HOTEL, PLEASE CONTACT OUR CLIENT SERVICES BEFORE PLACING AN
    ORDER.

  • For security reasons, all Celine.com purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. If nobody is available to sign for the package, the courier will leave a notification. You can select the nominated delivery date and time according to courier's guidance. If you are not avaiablie over a week, the package will be returned to CELINE and your order will be cancelled and refunded
  • You can pick up your order in-store at select Celine locations. You can select the store which will be displayed as a Click & Collect shipping option when you shop on Celine.com. YOU CAN ALSO MANDATE SOMEONE ELSE TO  PICK UP YOUR ORDER. YOU CAN SELECT THIS OPTION AT THE CHECK OUT PAGE.

  • Please collect your order within 14 days or we will cancel your order and refund your original payment method.
  • Most of our products are eligible to be collected in store. Depending on inventory, some items may not be available for in-store pickup at the time that you select the Click & Collect option.
  • AT CHECKOUT, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO INCLUDE A PERSONALIZED GIFT MESSAGE IN YOUR ORDER. ALL GIFT ORDERS COME WITH A COMPLIMENTARY GIFT WRAP.

    A GIFT POUCH IS INCLUDED FOR HAUTE PARFUMERIE AND BEAUTE PRODUCTS.

     

    ALL OTHER CATEGORIES INCLUDES SIGNATURE CELINE BOX GIFT WRAPPED.

    IF YOU ARE PICKING UP YOUR GIFT ORDER IN STORE, PLEASE ASK FOR GIFT WRAPPING IN THE STORE UPON COLLECTION.

  • Updates on your order status will be sent to you by email. You may also follow your order online by logging into your Celine account. For more information, please contact our Client Services
  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order has been placed. At this time, the order status in your account is "Submitted". Some orders require additional validation. Once your order has been approved, its status in your account changes to "Confirmed". As your order is being prepared, its status changes to "In Preparation". When your order is ready to be shipped or ready for in-store pickup, you will receive an email confirmation, as well as an invoice. Depending on your preferred shipping method, the status of your order changes to "Home Delivery: Shipped" or "Click & Collect: Ready for Collection".
  • You can proceed with making a return or CLIENT SERVICE.
  • HAUTE PARFUMERIE PRODUCTS (FRAGRANCES, CANDLES,…), BEAUTE, BATH & BODY ITEMS. IN THE CASE OF A GIFT, A SIGNATURE POUCH IS INCLUDED.
