Shopping

  • You do not need an account to place an order on CELINE.com. However, we suggest registering for access to exclusive services.

     

    Browse our catalog, select a category or a sub category from the navigation menu, or click into our selection featured on our homepage.

     

    To find a specific item, use our [FILTERS] to narrow the category results or type a query in the website search bar.

     

    Once you have selected your product, choose your desired color and size (if applicable) and add it to your shopping bag by clicking [ADD TO BAG].

     

    Once you add the first product to your Shopping Bag, the quantity of its contents will increase from 0 to 1.

    Once you have finished shopping, click on [CHECKOUT] to be led to the checkout process.

  • The Celine website presents a wide selection of handbags, small leather goods, accessories, shoes, ready-to-wear, sunglasses, jewellery and fine jewellery. On occasion, some products may not appear in our online store.


    If you do not see a product that you are looking for on our website, please contact our Client Service. One of our advisors will be happy to assist you with your search.

  • To receive an email notification when an item is back in stock, use our [GET NOTIFIED] feature on the item's product page, or contact our Client Service.

  • Updates on your order status will be sent to you by email. You may also track your order online by logging into your Celine.com account.

  • You may experience a few minutes' delay between placing your order and receiving your order confirmation.

     

    If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please check your Spam inbox.

     

    If you still have not received a confirmation email, please contact our Client Services.

  • If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our Client Services as soon as possible. Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified. However, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request. If you would like to return an order that you have received, please refer to the return instructions included with your shipment. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund or an exchange as requested.
  • The "Find in Store" feature on each product page allows you to locate the product in your nearest CELINE store.

    Please note that this feature may not be active in some countries.


    "Find in Store" also provides opening hours, estimated trip time, and allows you to book a store appointment.

  • To book a store appointment, please visit our "Store Locator" and select your favourite Celine boutique.
    Our Sales Advisors will be happy to welcome you.


    Please note that Celine.com's "Request an Appointment" feature is limited to selected stores.


    To book an appointment in a boutique that is not listed, please contact our Client Service.
